College of Medicine Students Attend Boeing Abu Dhabi / What’s next innovation summit


On 6th November 2014 four medical students from the College of Medicine Alfaisal University attended the Boeing Abu Dhabi/What’s Next Innovation Summit.

Representing the College of Medicine and the Medical Students’ Association, Dana Kalagi, Fathia Shacfe, Nawal al bali and Mohammed Alkhani were all inspired as they listened to the successful speakers deliver their presentations.

The Summit’s focus was to change the mindset of students, irrelevant of their field of study. The aim was to provide a sense of empowerment to the audience together with the added value of confidence, in past, present and future achievements or goals.

Mr Fadi Ghandour the founder and Vice Chairman of Aramex, Mr Nafez Dakkak, Director of Online Learning Initiative of the Queen Rania Foundation and Chris Ferguson the famous astronaut all presented their success stories including the challenges they faced along the way.

The representatives from the College of Medicine would like to thank Mrs Shatha Alkhtany, Dr Khaled Al-Kattan, Dean College of Medicine and the MSA for their support in this venture.
