Publication in the world’s LEADING medical journal ― The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) by an undergraduate medical student (Ahmed Abu-Zaid)

It is our pleasure to congratulate Ahmed Abu-Zaid, an undergraduate medical student from College of Medicine, for his recent publication in the world’s number one and leading medical journal worldwide ― The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM). NEJM is the most widely read, cited, and influential general medical journal worldwide with the highest ever impact factor of approximately “52“. The manuscript is titled: “Esophageal Duplication Cyst“. It is co-authored by Ahmed Abu-Zaid and Dr. Ayman Azzam, where Ahmed Abu-Zaid served as the first and corresponding author.
